Zach Braff Returns To TV In The Trailer For Alex, Inc.
If there's been a Zach Braff-sized hole in your heart for the past eight years, this is big news.
ABC released a trailer for the upcoming sitcom Alex, Inc., which marks the first time Braff will be a regular on a TV series since Scrubs came to an end in 2010. Check it out above.
The show is based on the podcast StartUp, which followed Alex Blumberg's attempt to launch his own company with Gimlet Media. Braff will play Alex Schuman, a radio journalist, husband, and dad who quits his job to launch his own company and documents the entire thing on a podcast. Tiya Sircar (The Good Place) plays Alex's wife, and yes, that's Michael Imperioli from The Sopranos back in action.
Alex, Inc. was created by Scrubs producer Matt Tarses, also known for The Goldbergs and Atypical. Braff directed the pilot.
The series premieres March 28 on ABC.
