Deadpool 2's Peter Introduces His Fellow X-Force Members

Peter W. (Rob Delaney) has some sweet things to say about his X-Force team in the latest social media marketing stunt for Deadpool 2. The fan favorite character's Twitter account shared some pictures Peter took on his Nikon during the latest X-Force meeting, including captions from the everyday guy on his superpowered friends.

"First day of training!" Peter wrote in the first post. "Glad I brought my #Nikon! These are four of the hardest working people I know! #MakingMemories #XForce." He then proceeded to introduce his teammates, starting with Domino (Zazie Beetz), who he is "just really lucky" to get to hang out with. There's also Bedlam (Terry Crews), who it is "hard no to feel inadequate around" thanks to his "muscles for muscles and electricity powers."

While Peter says that his wife, Susan, assures him that he's perfect just the way he is, he doesn't plan on introducing her to his teammate Shatterstar (Lewis Tan), "a super good looking, karate-fighting alien from SPACE." Last up is Zeitgeist (Bill Skarsgard), whose acid breath will "getchya if his kindness doesn't kill you first!". This is the first confirmation of what Skarsgard's role is in the film. The account also shared a few more images of the whole team together, which you can see below.

Delaney's Peter became a standout of the movie's final trailer, which revealed that the film will feature Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds) facing off against Josh Brolin's Cable as they fight over what to do about Julian Dennison's young mutant Russell. Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Brianna Hildebrand, Jack Kesy, Stefan Kapicic, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni, Shioli Kutsuna, and Eddie Marsan also star in the film, which is directed by David Leitch based off a script from Reynolds and the first movie's Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

Deadpool 2 hits theaters on May 18.
