The Walking Dead Season 7 Clip Hints Daryl Dixon Will Die

We'll have to wait for the season premiere of The Walking Dead to find out who was on the receiving end of Negan's deadly swing, but the first footage AMC released from season 7 teases that it's fan favorite Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus) who falls.

In the new clip, Negan's henchman Dwight (Austin Amelio) is seen wearing Daryl's vest and riding his motorcycle through a zombie roadblock. Of course, Dwight was there when Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) prepared to kill one of the original survivors–including Daryl.

But this could all just be to throw us off. In Robert Kirkman's graphic novel, it's Glenn (Steven Yeun) who dies at Negan's hands. However, as Deadline notes, both actors were recently spotted on the Georgia set of The Walking Dead. And the AMC series often deviates from Kirkman's original vision, creating new characters and storylines. Remember Andrea?
