Of course, winter has finally come to Westoros–which means the White Walkers are finally at the Wall, but also that production of Season 7 will be delayed so the crew can more accurately portray a bleak landscape.
Williams isn't the first cast member to open up just a little about the highly secretive seventh season. Kit Harington (Jon Snow) told The Hollywood Reporter the show will get pretty grim, and that was before he read the scripts.
"I think it's going to get very dark before it gets better," Harington said. "I think what we might see this season is those White Walkers and that Army of the Dead really come into force. So that's going to be exciting to see. I don't know what it means. I think with the whole 'winter is finally here' business, it means everyone is going to have a really bad time."
The seventh season of Game of Thrones will premiere on HBO next summer. Meanwhile, take a look back at some of the show's most disturbing moments so far.
