Final Star Wars: Rogue One Trailer Will Debut With Doctor Strange
Be sure to give yourself plenty of time when you head to the theater to see Doctor Strange.
According to Star Wars News Net, the final trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will reportedly play before the Marvel flick when it arrives in theaters this fall. A marketing director with Disney's Russian subdivision spilled the intergalactic beans during Kino Expo International in Moscow.
Doctor Strange premieres in the U.S. on Nov. 4, but it opens in Russia on Oct. 28. ScreenRant says Disney will likely debut the new Rogue One trailer online in conjunction with advance ticket sales, which is what happened in 2015 for Star Wars: The Force Awakens. That means there's a chance the trailer could surface stateside at the end of October. The most recent trailer (above) debuted during NBC's Olympics coverage in August.
Gareth Edwards' Rogue One is the first of three planned anthology flicks set in the Star Wars universe. The second is a standalone Han Solo prequel, and the third reportedly has a writer attached.
