Sense8 Season 2 Trailer Revealed

The sensates are back in a new trailer for season 2 of the Netflix series Sense8.

The show from the Wachowski siblings (The Matrix), debuted its first season in June of 2015 and later aired a two-hour Christmas special in December 2016. However, fans have been waiting quite a while for season 2, which is set to premiere on May 5.

The much-anticipated first glimpse teases that the gang is "a threat to secrecy" and shows some action-heavy scenes of the characters fleeing and fighting against the many, many forces aiming for their demise. From the trailer, season 2 looks to be just as wild and weird as the first, which should definitely be welcome to fans of the series.

Here is the official synopsis for season 2: "Dark forces continue to track the cluster of eight connected characters. The sensates will learn more about BPO, the secret organization searching for their cluster and others like them, and will work to protect themselves from this organization that is out to hunt and kill them."

Aml Ameen, Doona Bae, Jamie Clayton, Tina Desai, Tuppence Middleton, Max Riemelt, Miguel Angel Silvestre, Brian J. Smith, and Naveen Andrews star in the series, co-created by J.
