Peter Dinklage Stars In The Trailer For Sci-Fi Thriller Rememory

Peter Dinklage ventures far from Westeros, dragons, and Jon Snow in his new movie.

The Game of Thrones actor stars in the upcoming Rememory, a sci-fi thriller from director Mark Palansky (Penelope, A Series of Unfortunate Events). Check out the trailer above (via Entertainment Weekly) and the poster below.

Dinklage plays a mysterious man who steals a machine that allows people to extract, record, and play a person's memories. After the scientist who invented it is found dead, Dinklage uses the machine in an attempt to find out how the inventor died, while the widow (Julia Ormond) cuts off contact with the outside world and retreats inside her house. Martin Donovan co-stars in the film which also features the late Anton Yelchin (Star Trek) in one of his final roles.

Rememory screened at Sundance, and it will screen for a limited time on Google Play beginning Aug. 24. Lionsgate will release the movie in select theaters on Sept. 8.
