The Walking Dead Crossover Character To Be Revealed Sunday
Worlds are about to collide in the Walking Dead universe.
AMC announced that the crossover character who will tie together The Walking Dead and the prequel Fear the Walking Dead will be revealed Sunday (Nov. 26) on Talking Dead.
The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman first teased the upcoming crossover at New York Comic Con in October, but he didn't say which character would be the first to appear on both shows.
The current frontrunner is probably Abraham (Michael Cudlitz) making an appearance on Fear the Walking Dead. Although Negan killed him in the season 7 premiere of The Walking Dead, it's still definitely possible for Abraham to show up in the prequel.
A recent episode of Fear the Walking Dead may have dropped a big clue about that. The villainous Proctor John (Ray McKinnon) said he plans to travel to "sail for what's left of Houston" with Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey). Of course, Houston is where the late Abraham Ford and his family originally tried to ride out the apocalypse in a grocery store.
However, it's also possible that a Fear the Walking Dead character could end up on The Walking Dead. In the most recent episode, "The Big Scary U," Rick (Andrew Lincoln) saw a helicopter fly overhead. It could be carrying someone like Madison (Kim Dickens) from Fear the Walking Dead.
Whatever happens, it's clear that The Walking Dead could use some help this season. Some of the episode ratings have been the worst in years.
THIS IS IT. The crossover character will be revealed THIS SUNDAY on @AMCTalkingDead. Tune in 11/26 at 10/9C. #TWD #FearTWD pic.twitter.com/XWihcyW0ol
