M3GAN's Dance Moves From The Movie's First Trailer Have Fans Talking
Universal Pictures has just released the trailer for "M3GAN," which will debut in January 2023. Directed by Gerard Johnstone and written by Akela Cooper, the film follows Gemma (Allison Williams), a roboticist working at a toy company to create a life-like artificially intelligent doll known as M3GAN (Model 3 Generative Android), programmed to be a child's companion and protector. When Gemma becomes the guardian of her orphaned niece Cady (Violet McGraw), she brings M3GAN into their household to help with Cady's grief. However, the situation becomes disastrous — and terrifying — when M3GAN becomes a bit too protective of her new friend.
The trailer gives moviegoers a peek into what they can expect with "M3GAN," beginning with an innocent enough friendship between a girl and AI doll and leading up to the horrifying situation as Gemma soon finds herself facing off against an evil doll.
There's also one scene from the trailer that has fans talking: at one point, M3GAN starts dancing to a song in the hallway, moving her body around with a completely straight face. The dancing is intercut with M3GAN attacking someone. Here's what fans are saying about M3GAN's dance moves.
