Ryan Reynolds Reveals Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut Is Coming Soon
The only thing better than Deadpool is, well, more Deadpool.
Luckily for us, that's what we're getting in August, when Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut heads our way.
Ryan Reynolds, the man behind the Merc with a Mouth, revealed on Monday that an extended version of Deadpool 2 (titled Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut, naturally) will arrive in when the sequel launches on Digital on August 7 and on Blu-ray on August 21.
To mark the good news, Reynolds shared an announcement video — set to the hilarious yet surprisingly moving Celine Dion track "Ashes" that was tailor-made for Deadpool 2 — that promises The Super Duper Cut will be "longer, actionier, [and] spandexier" than what fans saw in theaters.
In addition to catching the bigger-and-better cut of Deadpool 2, those who pick up a physical copy of the sequel pic next month can experience a slew of extra-special bonus features. These include audio commentary from Reynolds, director David Leitch, and screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick; a gag reel that's bound to be full of bloopers that will make us love Ryan Reynolds even more; and 28 exclusive stills from the film.
Studio 20th Century Fox announced the full list of bonus content (via Collider) that's tucked into the home release of Deadpool 2. Check it out below.
