The Most-Watched Scene From The Office Isn't What You Think

"The Office" has been off the air for quite some time now, but fans still revel in its comedic glory thanks to streaming replays and popular YouTube clips. The series is known for having some of the funniest scenes in sitcom history, all thanks to its stellar writing team and superb actors.

Over the years, the official "Office" YouTube page has compiled clips of some of the show's most beloved scenes, many of which are fan favorites. How many times a video has been viewed on the platform likely correlates to how popular the scene remains with fans, providing a fair way to rank the show's most-loved moments from its nine seasons on the air. Some of these scenes include Prison Mike's lecture from "The Convict" (Season 3, Episode 9) with 8.6 million views, and the parkour cold open with Michael (Steve Carell), Andy (Ed Helms), and Dwight (Rainn Wilson) from "Gossip" (Season 6, Episode 1) with over 11 million views. Heck, the Season 7, Episode 1 cold open wherein the whole cast performs a lip dub, has over 12 million views. These are all great numbers, but none of these clips beat out the most-watched "Office" scene ever, which currently stands at 30 million views.

The Office's CPR training scene is the most-watched by fans

The CPR training scene comes during the episode entitled "Safety Training." In this story, the entire Dunder Mifflin gang undergoes the life-saving training after Stanley (Leslie David Baker) suffers a heart attack as a result of Dwight's fake fire drill.

As per usual with the employees, the entire thing turns into a joke when the instructor tells Michael to perform CPR to the beat of "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees — apologies for getting that stuck in your head today. Michael starts singing "I Will Survive," which kicks off the hilarity, but when he's corrected by the instructor, Andy and others begin singing "Stayin' Alive," while Kelly (Mindy Kaling) dances around the conference room.

The frustrated instructor lets Michael know he lost the victim because he didn't ask for help or perform CPR properly. Dwight then takes it upon himself to harvest the organs of the dummy, and cuts open its chest. He then cuts off the face, places it over his own, and impersonates Hannibal Lecter (Anthony Hopkins) from "The Silence of The Lambs." It's an over-loaded scene with blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments, but has been solidified online as the most-watched "Office" video of all time.
