Here's Where You Can Watch Dexter: New Blood Online

Dexter Morgan, America's favorite serial killer of serial killers, is back for a new limited series, "Dexter: New Blood." The revival catches up with Dexter, once again played by Michael C. Hall, 10 years after the events of the (much-reviled) original series finale.

"New Blood" finds the murderous former Miami police consultant living in a small town in upstate New York under the name Jim Lindsay (a tribute to the author of the "Dexter" novel series, Jeff Lindsay). He's in a relationship with Angela Bishop (Julia Jones), the town's chief of police. He's trying to keep a low profile, and successfully managing to keep the "dark passenger" that compels him to kill in check. But when a series of child murders rocks the area, Dexter finds his urges activated once again.

The limited revival series –- which could return for more, who knows -– premieres Sunday, November 7. Here's where you can watch it online in the United States.

It's Showtime for Dexter: New Blood

"Dexter: New Blood" is a Showtime exclusive. It will air on the cable network, but more importantly, it will be available to stream on-demand via the Showtime app, which is available as a standalone streaming service. Showtime is currently offering a 30-day free trial, then $3.99 a month for four months after that, after which point it costs $10.99/month.

Showtime is also now offering a bundle with ViacomCBS' other streaming service, Paramount+, for $11.99/month, with a 30-day free trial.

Showtime is also available as an add-on to other streaming platforms, including Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and the Roku Channel, according to JustWatch. It costs the same price as an add-on as it does if you buy it directly from Showtime, but it's one less tile on your smart TV to keep track of if ease of use is what you're after. If you want to watch but don't want to subscribe to Showtime, you can buy individual episodes (or the whole season) on Amazon, Apple TV, or Vudu.

New episodes will be added on Sunday nights. The original run of "Dexter" is also available to stream on Showtime (and Amazon Prime Video). So if you're out for blood, there's no shortage of ways to watch "Dexter."
