Room 104 Teaser Imagines The Many Occupants Of One Motel Room
Have you ever wanted to know the history of your hotel room? Well, whether you answered yes or no, HBO is here to tell you with their new series Room 104, which offers a window into the lives of a different set of characters each episode as they all stay in the same hotel room.
The first teaser for the series presents a bizarre look at the strange inner lives of its many characters, who flash by giving quick glimpses at their respective storylines. The trailer hints at an ambitious and entertaining series, which makes sense considering the behind-the-scenes talent– the show comes from Mark and Jay Duplass, the brothers behind Togetherness and Animals.
Many, many actors are set to appear in the anthology series, including Mae Whitman, James Van Der Beek, Nat Wolff, Karan Soni, Hugo Armstrong, Philip Baker Hall, Orlando Jones, Amy Landecker, and Tony Todd, along with creator Jay Duplass. Writers for the series include future Captain Marvel directing duo Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck, Improvement Club's Dayna Hanson, Silicon Valley's Carson Mell, This Is Me's Xan Aranda, and Lamb's Ross Partridge.
Room 104 is set to premiere on July 28 at 11:30 p.m. on HBO; while we wait, see some of the other TV shows that will blow you away this year.
