To Hell And Back Trailer Tells The Story Of Horror Icon Kane Hodder

For two decades, Kane Hodder had one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood—but we never saw his real face.

Hodder played Jason Voorhees four times in the Friday the 13th series, and he'll finally get to tell his own story, a horror tale unlike any other, on the big screen.

Masterfully Macabre Entertainment released a trailer for the new documentary To Hell and Back: The Kane Hodder Story. Featuring interviews with fellow horror icons Robert Englund (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Bruce Campbell (The Evil Dead), Sid Haig (House of 1000 Corpses), and Cassandra Peters (Elvira), the film delves into the horrific burn Hodder suffered at the beginning of his career as a stuntman, his subsequent recovery, and the huge success he later found in the world of horror.

The documentary will premiere at Frightfest in London on August 26. Check out the poster below.

In the meantime, catch up on what Jason's arch-nemesis has been up to lately, as we explain what happened to the guy who played Freddy Krueger.
