What Happened To Brady On Days Of Our Lives?
The following article contains spoilers for recent episodes of "Days of Our Lives."
On NBC's long-lived soap opera "Days of Our Lives," life has not been an easy ride for Titan CEO Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). In 2022 alone, he's had to cope with the fact that his girlfriend Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) — a villainess who has long been a monkey wrench in the relationship between Brady's father John (Drake Hogestyn) and his stepmother Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) — decided to take a number of his friends and relatives hostage and stow them away on a DiMera-owned tropical island. That's placed a pretty solid kibosh on any hope that he and Kristen might get back together — at least as far as Brady is concerned.
Meanwhile, Nancy Wesley (Patrika Darbo), the mother of Brady's ex-girlfriend Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) has been busy trying to convince Brady to take Chloe back. But since their last go-round involved Brady being framed for the murder of his cousin Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson), who actually dumped his artificial leg into a river to pin the crime on Brady, he has understandably pretty wary about going back to Chloe. Yet he cannot deny the strong attraction that lingers between them.
Martslof has been guiding Brady Black through his many ups and many downs since taking on the part in 2008 (per IMDb), but with his onscreen appearances becoming a little less frequent, fans are wondering where the heck his storyline is headed. Here's what's happened to him.
Brady is with Chloe, but they're both in hot water
As of March 2022, Brady and Chloe are back together. Chloe has finally decided to let go of her love for the missing Philip, though the fact that he's out there somewhere continues to hang over the couple's happiness like a shroud. Brady is also currently trying to emotionally support Chloe through a personal crisis. Her parents are in the middle of a marital breakdown, with her father Craig Wesley (Kevin Spirtas) having left Nancy for notorious con man Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) and initiating a divorce between them after coming to terms with his bisexuality. Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) and Will Horton (Chandler Massey) are currently trying to pry apart Craig and Leo, believing that Leo's history of scheming bodes ill for Craig's future.
Will Brady and Chloe stick together? Or is the threat of Philip bound to be too much for them? And what effect will Craig and Nancy's breakup have on them both? Fans will have to keep tuning in to "Days of Our Lives" to find out.
