Jonathan Groff Meets A Killer In Mindhunter Teaser

Warning: Teaser features NSFW dialogue
There's a reason you're not supposed to take a gun into prison. Those rules aren't arbitrary, you know.

We find out why it could be a bad idea in the latest teaser for Mindhunter, the upcoming Netflix series from executive producer David Fincher.

The series follows two FBI Agents who interview serial killers in an attempt to solve cases. It's based on the book Mind Hunter: Inside FBI's Elite Serial Crime Unit by Mark Olshaker and John E. Douglas, an FBI profile who interviewed infamous killers like Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy.

In the new teaser, Agent Holden Ford (Jonathan Groff) readies to meet one of their subjects and decides to take along his sidearm, but his partner Bill Tench (Holt McCallany) warns him not to.

"He's going to take the f***ing thing away from you, he's going to kill you with it, and then he's going to have sex with your face," says Tench. That's good enough for us.

Mindhunter premieres Oct. 13 on Netflix. Meanwhile, Fincher has signed on to direct the sequel to World War Z.
