Game Of Thrones' Lena Headey Stars In Kasabian Music Video

If Cersei Lannister acted a little more like this, she might have more friends.

As NME points out, Game of Thrones actress Lena Headey stars in Kasabian's new music video for "Ill Ray (The King)," and it's good to see the British actress let her hair down, literally.

Written and conceived by guitarist Serge Pizzorno, the video follows Headey's character as she uses a magic ritual to resurrect King Richard III in a Leicester parking lot, referencing how the actual skeleton of Richard III was exhumed in a city council parking lot in Leicester back in 2012. Once the King returns, Headey takes him on a wild trip through the city, including a stop at a local pub.

The song comes from the band's sixth album, For Crying Out Loud, which dropped back in May. Kasabian recently headlined the Reading and Leeds festivals for the second time, and Pizzorno described their set to NME as "like nuclear warfare."

Headey obviously has some time on her hands. The eighth and final season of Game of Thrones might not arrive until 2019. Meanwhile, check out our recap of the season 7 finale, "The Dragon and the Wolf."
