Meet The Cast Of MTV's Floribama Shore
MTV launched Jersey Shore in 2009 and swept the world away, capturing the hearts of millions with its perfect blend of partying, punching, pouting, and more. Now, almost ten years and many spinoffs later, the network is starting all over again in a new locale, this one about as far south of the Mason-Dixon as you can get.
The series was first announced a few days ago with a duck phone/gator phone-themed teaser, but now we have a first full-fledged look at the eight housemates of Floribama Shore. See for yourself in the trailer above.
The series is being produced by original series creator SallyAnn Salsano and her 495 Productions, but its cast of eight housemates is exclusively new faces. While the trailer doesn't break them down by name, here are the cast members we'll be meeting when Floribama Shore premieres.
Kirk Medas, 25, from Atlanta, Georgia
Candace Rice, 24, from Memphis, Tennessee
Nilsa Prowant, 23, from Panama City Beach, Florida
Kortni Gilson, 21, from Panama City Beach, Florida
Gus Smyrnios, 22, from Tallahassee, Florida
Jeremiah Buoni, 22, from Amelia Island, Florida
Aimee Hall, 24, from Perdido, Alabama
Codi Butts, 25, from Westminster, South Carolina
The trailer for Floribama Shore also introduces us to our new destination: Panama City Beach, or PCB. It also sells a show that looks like Jersey Shore in all of the best ways. Dancing in kind of crummy-looking clubs, deeply slouching into couches in the middle of the day, sloppy hookups, vicious brawls—this is what we need right now. This is music, people.
The first of Floribama Shore's eight episodes debuts on MTV on Monday, November 27 at 10 pm.
