Who Is Casey Hammer From House Of Hammer?
The Discovery+ docu-series "House of Hammer" is poised to reveal secrets about the Hammer family. The family includes numerous famous individuals, such as businessman and industrialist Dr. Armand Hammer, as well as actor Armie Hammer.
Armie Hammer has been known for a series of notable roles, including "The Social Network," "The Lone Ranger," and "Call Me By Your Name," and was once rumored to take on the role of Shazam in the DC movie universe, a role that ultimately went to Zachary Levi. In recent years, however, Armie Hammer's star has fallen as allegations of assault have surfaced that have led to investigations by the Los Angeles Police Department.
While both Armand and Armie Hammer are focal points, "House of Hammer" will focus on all members of the Hammer family. One of the key individuals involved is Casey Hammer, and many have been curious to know exactly who this woman is, and what her connection to both the Hammer family and the docuseries is.
Armie Hammer's aunt Casey Hammer is a driving force behind House of Hammer
Casey Hammer is a key member of the Hammer family, as the only granddaughter of industrialist Dr. Armand Hammer. She is the daughter of Julian Armand Hammer, and has one brother, Michael, who is the father of "The Social Network" and "Call Me By Your Name" performer Armie Hammer.
Casey is estranged from the Hammer family and currently works at a Home Depot in San Diego, California, as a kitchen designer. "House of Hammer" was kicked off by Casey signing an exclusive deal with the production company Talos Films in 2021, according to Deadline.
Casey Hammer wrote a memoir in 2015, titled "Surviving my Birthright," in which she said that her father sexually abused her as a child. In a Vanity Fair article, Casey also spoke about having to console her father in the wake of her grandfather's death and the limited inheritance members of the family, including her and her father, received in the will.
Casey also spoke about being unable to watch the HBO series "Succession" because it reminded her too much of her time with the Hammer family.
