Experience
Calvin has been a professional reporter and writer for over a decade. He got his start in media working as an education reporter for the Millington Star in 2007. And he continued to gain reporting experience as a staff writer for The Brownsville States-Graphic and as an Assistant Coordinator for the Teen Appeal. In 2011, Calvin began his pop culture reporting journey as a Senior Staff Writer for Population GO, covering anime, video games, films, and TV news. He later continued as a freelancer for CBR, producing feature list articles on DC and Marvel Comics, anime, manga, and video games.
Education
Calvin has a bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Tennessee and a master's in Journalism and Strategic Media from the University of Memphis.
