“Tacoma FD” stars co-creators Kevin Heffernan and Steve Lemme from the Broken Lizard comedy troupe as Chief Terry McConkey and Captain Eddie Penisi, respectively.

The show is partly inspired by Heffernan’s real-life firefighter cousin Bill and emphasizes realism and humor.

Season 4 of “Tacoma FD” was confirmed in November 2021. A release date has not been set, but it will likely drop sometime before the end of 2023.

This season may feature more outdoor scenes compared to Season 3, which was filmed under quarantine conditions and limited to the firehouse setting.

The core cast, including Heffernan, Lemme, Henderson, Cordero, Hogan, Harrison, and Nakamura, is expected to return with possible guest stars.

Previous seasons of “Tacoma FD” are available for streaming on truTV’s apps and HBO Max, offering fans 37 episodes to enjoy before Season 4 arrives.
