Gladiator 2: Denzel Washington & Pedro Pascal's Character Details Revealed

Thanks to movie scooper Daniel Richtman, we have an idea as to what kind of characters Denzel Washington and Pedro Pascal are bringing to life in Ridley Scott’s "Gladiator 2."
Over on his Patreon page, Richtman shared character breakdowns, where Washington is listed as playing a former fighter named Macranus, "who has managed to change his destiny."
Despite this, "he has no intention of helping others do the same." Instead, he is "a cunning and cruel manipulator, [...] fuelled by ambition."
The description for Pascal's character, Marcus Acagius, on the other hand, is a lot more brief as it merely states that he’s "the seasoned veteran and hero of the Roman Empire."
While Acagius sounds like a good guy, he might actually end up being the opposing force to the protagonist, Lucius, "who has nothing to lose" after being "betrayed by his people."
