Marvel's Olivia Colman Wants To Be James Bond's M After Judi Dench

Olivia Colman, who played Sonya Falsworth in Marvel’s "Secret Invasion," revealed in a British Vogue interview with Giles Hattersely that she’d love to play M from "James Bond."
Hattersley told Colman that she somewhat resembles a younger version of Dame Judi Dench, and suggested that she should "do 'Bond'" and step into Dench's vacated, M-shaped shoes.
"Oh, my God!" Colman replied. "The amount of time I have wanted to be M. I'm not sure who I need to call …" Hattersley suggested "James Bond" producer Barbara Broccoli.
Colman shared that the two had met, saying, "I wanted to go, 'Can I be M?' I must try to be cooler about it. Maybe she reads Vogue? Put that bit in."
