Why The Big Bang Theory's Ramona Actress Looks Familiar
By CAMERON ROY HALL

In "The Big Bang Theory," Riki Lindhome plays Ramona Nowitzki, who is infatuated with Sheldon. If the actress seems familiar, you may know her from these roles.

In this dramedy that follows Lorelai and Rory Gilmore as they forge and fracture relationships, Lindhome plays Juliet, a side character who tags along with Rosemary.

Gilmore Girls

Juliet only appears in four episodes across Seasons 5 and 6, but Lindhome is credited for five episodes in total because "GG" cast her in a background role years prior.

In 2007, Riki Lindhome and Kate Micucci formed "Garfunkel and Oates," a folk comedy band. The pair achieved internet fame with their song "F*** You" in 2009.

Since then, they've made three studio albums and written music for "Scrubs" and "The Big Bang Theory." Two of their popular songs are "Pregnant Women Are Smug" and "The Loophole."

In "Another Period," a comedy series set in Newport, Rhode Island in the 20th century, Lindhome portrays Beatrice Bellacourt, the main family’s youngest daughter.

Another Period

Bellacourt is a vapid, opinion-less person who hates her children, but on the other hand, she also helps Albert Einstein discover his theory of relativity.

Lionsgate's "Knives Out" cemented the whodunit as a modern genre. In it, Riki Lindhom portrays Donna Thrombey as one of the less problematic members of the Thrombey family.

Knives Out

In late 2022, Netflix bravely proclaimed to the world that Wednesday Addams desperately needed a therapist and cast Riki Lindhome as Dr. Valerie Kinbott.

Wednesday

Dr. Kinbott is a kind soul who accepts Wednesday for who she is. In return, Wednesday suspects her of murder until the actual killer murders the therapist.
