Young Sheldon: Whatever Happened To Veronica?

Veronica Duncan appeared in a handful of “Young Sheldon” episodes as George Jr.’s (Montana Jordan) girlfriend and then abruptly disappeared from the show.
George moved on with Jana Boggs (Ava Allan) and Mandy McAllister (Emily Osment), leaving no room for Veronica to return.
Veronica’s departure was attributed to actress Isabel May’s scheduling conflicts arising from her role as Elsa Dutton in the “Yellowstone” prequel series “1883.”
However, if schedules align, Veronica could return to “Young Sheldon” without disrupting George Jr.’s storyline that was established on “The Big Bang Theory.”
When George Jr. appeared on “TBBT,” it was established that he had been divorced more than once and married his first wife when he was 19.
Despite her short-lived story arc, Veronica left a lasting impression as fans continue to speculate about a possible reconciliation if George Jr. decides not to marry Mandy.
